The PIPro is a patented dynamic finger extension orthosis with an angled up-tipped design at the PIP joint to help therapists treat PIP flexion contractures. Its tapered neoprene design also provides broad contact around the entire surface of the digit to reduce pressure points and promote edema reduction. The PIPro fits even the smallest of fingers through large digits with its XX-small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and now XX-Large sizing. The heat-seamed design is easily trimmed at the distal edge as well as the webspace without worrying about sewn edges which unravel. For patients prescribed a night wear schedule, an optional comfortable night strap affixes the PIPro securely in place.
