Radial Nerve Set (two KnuckleUp + one ThumbUp)

Description

A low-profile, easy to fit, comfortable solution for Radial Nerve Palsy with 5 digit loss of MCP extension!   When combined with a custom or off-the-shelf wrist splint (not included), this provides full radial nerve assist.  As wrist extension improves, the wrist support can be discontinued making this a versatile solution that is low-profile and easy to teach patients.  When purchasing, select sizes for each KnuckleUp and ThumbUp. As a soft, neoprene-based medical orthosis that contacts skin and can absorb  perspiration and skin oils, the KnuckleUp/ThumbUp are not exchangeable for larger/smaller sizes.  The best solution is to purchase the Sizer Ring first and determine the sizes that will comfortably fit your patient.  See our instructional videos on the “For Therapists” page for demonstrations on how to fit and use the orthosis.
