Angular Ortho is an orthosis design company that started in Milwaukee in 2021 as an extension of our hand clinic practice where we have treated patients together for 20 years. The PIPro and now the PIPro-Soft Fit combine an off-the-shelf dynamic orthosis which can be individually trimmed for best fit. The angled, up-tipped design provides a rotational therapeutic torque in a comfortable design. We have successfully used this ‘compression-extension’ design in our patients with high compliance and good joint motion improvement.
