The PIPro Soft-Fit is a dynamic finger extension orthosis with a lower compressive force than the standard PIPro and is designed to improve PIP flexion contractures for patients with tender joints or those who are uncomfortable with the compressive or rotational force of the standard PIPro. The Soft-Fit version is also ideal for comfortable night time wearing. Its taped neoprene design provides broad contact around the entire surface of the digit to reduce pressure points and promote edema reduction. The PIPro Soft-Fit fits even the smallest of fingers through large digits with its X-small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large sizing. The heat-seamed design is easily trimmed at the distal edge as well as the webspace without worrying about sewn edges which unravel. For patients prescribed a night wear schedule, an optional comfortable night strap affixes the PIPro Soft-Fit securely in place. The PIPro’s patented design combines comfort, compression, and a low-force long-wear schedule strategy to improve flexion contractures. For patients with tighter contractures consider the PIPro standard version.

This device is worth its weight in gold. I have been an endurance athlete most of my life and now at age 61 I’m having issues with healing properly. My orthopedic surgeon said he couldn’t fix the tear in my pointer finger tendon sheath, commonly known as trigger finger, my occupational theorist said the issue could not get any better and suggested the PIPro. A miracle happened when I started wearing the device, flexibility and straightening of the finger joint just happened….The inventor of PIPro is a genius. Tough finding non-invasive cures but this device is just that.
After having one I bought two more so I wouldn’t miss a day without wearing it. The company should be charging more for the device because unlike most devices on the market this one really works well, no hype, no b.s. “it just works”!!
