Terms and Privacy Policy

Payment Terms

We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, GooglePay, ApplePay, and Amazon Payment. If you are a multi-site institution or clinic and do not have the ability to pay with one of these methods, please contact us at billing@angularortho.com to set up a net30 payment account. The net30 form to complete and attach to your email with your inquiry is here.

Shipping policy

We offer both standard and expedited shipping.  At this time, USPS and UPS are not guaranteeing delivery dates or offering refunds for delayed packages, therefore, we are not able to guarantee shipping delivery times nor offer refunds.  Orders are typically filled within one business day of receipt unless an item is backordered and shipped with either UPS, or priority USPS with tracking.

Product Warranty

Our products are made in the USA and when ordered directly from Angular Ortho, we guarantee they are new and free from manufacturing defects.  Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If your purchase arrives defective in material or workmanship, you may return it within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date to Angular Ortho subject to the conditions listed below.

  1.  All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number and additional return instructions by emailing contactus@angularortho.com.  In your email, include your original Angular Ortho order number (on your invoice), name, email address, and reason for return.
  2. All returns and exchanges must be sent through UPS or FedEx and postmarked within 15 days of product delivery. Returned items postmarked after 15 days will not be processed.
  3. All products and packaging must be returned in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will not be accepted for exchange or return, and will be returned to the customer.
  4. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge of the returned item, however, for replacements due to defects, a credit of up to $10 will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item upon receipt of the defective item by Angular Ortho as compensation for this shipping cost borne by the customer.
  5. Exchanges for another size are not accepted and Angular Ortho encourages purchasers to work with a hand therapist who has a full set of orthosis sizes in order to determine the correct size before purchasing.  Clinicians new to using the orthosis are encouraged to take advantage of free, on-line, 1:1 educational sessions with our staff to learn tips and pearls regarding patient selection, sizing, and wear schedules.

International orders

We do not accept orders from the European Union at this time.  If you wish delivery to a country outside the U.S., please contact us at angularortho.com in order to discuss whether your country accepts FDA-registered products and to receive a shipping cost estimate.
